2014 Equity Lifetime Achievement Award: Nominations Now Open!

on .

Who do you think should be the recipient of the 2014 Equity Lifetime Achievement Award presented by Foxtel?

jill kevJill Perryman and Kevan Johnston

This unique award was launched in 2009 to honour the achievements of a leading Australian performer who has had a distinguished career and been an inspiration to other Australian performers.

It is an award nominated by performers – an opportunity for those in the industry to give due recognition to one of their own; not only for what they have achieved during their career as a performer, but as someone who has, by their own example, demonstrated great leadership and provided mentoring that has been of enormous benefit and inspiration to our colleagues. They have made a lifelong commitment to Equity and the industry as a whole and the kind of person everyone wants to work with and for those lucky to have done so, it has been an extraordinarily memorable experience.

Last year’s recipients were Jill Perryman and Kevan Johnston (pictured). Who like Jill and Kevan is an incredible, talented and generous performer but also known as a great mentor and a supporter of the next generation?

Nominations close on Thursday, August 28. The final decision will be made by your National Performers Committee.
