Event description:

This workshop is a means of short-circuiting the censoring, logical brain, and developing physical expression, ensemble spirit and group-devising skills. It will consist of a number of practical exercises, improvisations and creative techniques for actors, performers, teachers, teaching-artists and anyone wanting to learn more about Commedia Dell’Arte, Basel Mask, Shaun Mask, Trestle Mask and Theatrical Comedy.

Over 3 Hours we will ripen creativity, hone physical discipline, instil a sense of freedom, promote play and develop fundamental techniques through laughter.
"Thank you Clint for a fabulous workshop. I have not laughed so much in ages. At the beginning of the morning, I had really bad neck pain. I was also nervous - What am I doing? BUT the laughter was amazing! The muscles relaxed - I laughed. I had fun - I laughed. I felt marvellous - I laughed. The pain left. LAUGHTER IS WONDERFUL. Thank you " --- Gloria Swenson, The Pine Rivers Festival Of The Arts, Pine Rivers, QLD
