Event description:

“So many actors are not at home in their bodies & cannot make themselves still. The Alexander Technique shows actors their personal habits & fidget.” Howard Fine. Self tapes & screen work are about stillness & presence. Both come from a dynamic body. Join us at this workshop to experience the skills of the Alexander Technique which will identify excessive and unwanted postural and movement habits (facial, vocal & physical) which detract from your performance. Working in this way will allow you to ‘be” rather than to “do” and give you your power in your Self Tapes for Pilot Season.
