The Equity New Zealand Lifetime Achievement Award was launched in 2015 with the generous support of Ryman Healthcare to honour the achievements of a leading New Zealand performer who has had a distinguished career and been an inspiration to other New Zealand performers.
It is an award nominated by performers – an opportunity for those in the industry to give due recognition to one of their own; not only for what they have achieved during their career as a performer, but as someone who has, by their own example, demonstrated great leadership, provided mentoring and made a lifelong commitment to Equity and the industry as a whole. They are kind of person everyone wants to work with and for those lucky to have done so, it has been an extraordinarily memorable experience.
Is there someone you feel is an incredible, talented and generous performer but also known as a great industry supporter?
Please take a few moments to submit your nomination below. Provide as much detail as possible about why your nominee would be a worthy recipient of this prestigious award and, if possible, please include the names of any other members of the industry could provide further information about your nominee.
Nominations close Monday, August 2, 2021. The final decision will be made by the Equity New Zealand Board.
