Syrus Lowe is a leader in corporate role play, having worked in the industry for over twenty years for some of the top companies. He has delivered hundreds of hours of role play in the UK and worldwide, in person and virtually. Syrus is part of the audition process for some of the UK’s leading role play companies. In 2016, he set up the first-ever one-day Corporate Role Play Masterclass. He ran the masterclass for professional actors and took it to some of the UK’s leading drama schools to introduce graduating students to corporate role play. In addition to working as a role play actor, Syrus is now a facilitator, delivering drama-based training on various subjects, including diversity and inclusion, culture change, inclusive leadership, presentation skills, and personal impact. Syrus is a co-founder and CEO of the drama-based diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging training company, The Communication Practice. Syrus is a RADA-trained actor who graduated in 2007 and sat on the RADA audition panel for five years. Syrus still works regularly in theatre, film and television. On stage, he was part of the original casts of hit shows The Inheritance (Young Vic and West End) and Best of Enemies (Young Vic and West End). His television credits include Treason (Netflix), Strike (BBC/ HBO), Avenue 5 (HBO), Protection (ITV) and Sherlock (BBC). Syrus is also the voice of Lars in the hit CBeebies show Go Jetters.
