Rhiannon McCall
Rhiannon McCall (she/her) is a comedian, actor, writer, and presenter. This year Rhiannon starred as the host of My Dream Green Home, a prime time television show with 6 x 1 hour episodes for TVNZ1 and TVNZ+. Rhiannon was also nominated for the Billy T Award at the New Zealand International Comedy Festival. Rhiannon features as a comedian on Three's 7 Days and Guy Montgomery's Guy Mont-Spelling Bee; and also TVNZ1’s Seven Sharp. She also stars as regular characters in the Bored and Epic NPC Man series by Viva La Dirt League, a Youtube channel which has over 6 million subscribers. Rhiannon also bravely co hosts a podcast, 30, Dirty, & Dying about womanhood, friendship, and being a millennial. Allegedly, she is the first comedian to ever host a podcast. Rhiannon’s personal style of comedy is chaotic, camp, and a little bit naughty. She is a shameless improv nerd and was a member of Snort improv company for seven years. Rhiannon performed as part of Snort at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival in 2018, and a sold out season at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2022. In 2025 Rhiannon returns to the Melbourne International Comedy Festival to perform her solo improv show, The Good, The Bad, and The Completely Made Up. Rhiannon is also a co-director of Heartthrobs , an improv company celebrating women and gender diverse artists. Rhiannon is proudly queer and of Cook Islands and Samoan descent.
